Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Perform land and construction surveys using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment.
• Set out project coordinates, control points, levels, and alignment for all civil works.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and locations according to approved drawings.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built survey data.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to ensure accurate execution of construction activities.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys as required.
• Monitor settlement, alignment, and structural positioning throughout the project.
• Ensure survey instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and project drawings.
• Assist in quantity verification and measurement of completed works.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and survey approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE construction industry.
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, coordinate systems, and leveling techniques.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
