Site Engineer (Arabic)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work according to the project schedule.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate material requirements and verify quantities before execution.
• Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Supervise manpower, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Verify work measurements and assist in preparing progress invoices and site documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Assist in project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and regulations.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
