Senior Architectural / Interior Design Draftsperson

K4 Group is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural / Interior Design Draftsperson to join our growing Design Team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE fit-out experience and be capable of producing complete architectural and interior drawing packages while coordinating with consultants, MEP teams, authorities, and project stakeholders.

This role requires an all-rounder with strong technical knowledge, excellent detailing skills, and hands-on experience managing authority submission drawings for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage complete architectural and interior fit-out drawing packages from concept to construction.
• Develop detailed shop drawings, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, structural, and joinery disciplines to ensure clash-free documentation.
• Prepare drawings for Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DDA, Trakhees, and other authority submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, site teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and client revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company standards.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and documentation throughout the project.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience , including 5+ years in the UAE within the Interior Fit-Out or Construction industry .
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Strong experience in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail fit-out projects.
• Thorough understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Trakhees, Civil Defence, and other UAE authority requirements .
• Proven experience preparing and coordinating complete authority submission packages.
• Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, materials, joinery, and interior finishes.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
