Role Description The Floral Designer will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions, including events, corporate orders, and individual customer requests. Day-to-day tasks include selecting flowers and materials, preparing and arranging bouquets and displays, and ensuring designs meet client specifications and quality standards. The role involves engaging with customers in-store, understanding their preferences, providing design recommendations, and supporting sales by presenting options and upselling complementary products.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Floral Design and Flower Arrangements skills.
• Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and an eye for color, style, and detail.
• Prior experience in a floral shop, event décor preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons, as required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• A relevant certification or training in floral design is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Preferences will be given to Russian speakers and EU passport holders
