Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in furniture manufacturing or joinery fit-out. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling project execution from start to finish — including coordination with production, site teams, clients, and suppliers — to ensure timely and quality delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise furniture manufacturing and fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Liaise with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project timelines.
• Manage and monitor site activities, progress, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding technical and execution-related matters.
• Track materials, coordinate deliveries, and manage production timelines based on project schedules.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site updates, and documentation to management.
• Identify project risks, suggest improvements, and ensure corrective measures are taken when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of furniture production processes, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (basic level).
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
