JR Interiors Decoration L.L.C. is a leading interior fit-out contractor delivering residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects across the UAE. We're looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee civil fit-out works, authority approvals, and project execution while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and quality standards.

Must-Have Requirements:
Based in Dubai, UAE
5+ years' UAE experience in civil construction & interior fit-out projects
Hands-on experience liaising with Dubai Municipality (DM) for approvals/inspections
Trakhees-affiliated engineering accreditation/card (mandatory)
G+4 Accreditation (mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of DM, Trakhees, DDA, and Dubai Civil Defense procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction and interior fit-out activities from initiation to handover
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents for accurate execution
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with DM, Trakhees, DDA, Dubai Civil Defense, and other authorities
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and HSE standards
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams to hit project milestones
• Monitor quality control, material usage, and site productivity
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with consultants and project teams
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and documentation
• Ensure all statutory approvals and permits are secured before and during execution

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling authority approvals, NOCs, inspections, and project close-out
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred
