We are hiring a UAE-experienced Accountant to manage financial operations across both businesses.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant currently residing in Dubai with strong knowledge of UAE VAT filing and compliance. The ideal candidate must have hands-on UAE accounting experience and be capable of managing accounts independently.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be currently living in Dubai
- Minimum 1–3 years UAE accounting experience
- Mandatory - Valid Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of:
- UAE VAT filing & FTA reporting
- VAT return submission (quarterly)
- Input/Output VAT reconciliation
- Familiar with UAE accounting standards
- Basic Knowledge of PRO
- Experience with:
- Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (any UAE-used system)
- Excel (advanced level preferred) (MUST)
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing
- Experience in construction or F&B sector is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file VAT returns through FTA portal
- Maintain financial records for both companies
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Monitor expenses & cost control
- Coordinate with auditors when required
- Maintain compliance with UAE regulations
