Sales Executive – Smart Home & ELV Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in Smart Home Automation, ELV Systems, and KNX Automation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, project coordination, and solution selling within the UAE market.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting site surveys, preparing technical quotations, coordinating project execution, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Smart Home, ELV, and Building Automation sector.
• Meet homeowners, consultants, architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors, and developers to promote the company's products and solutions.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Present automation solutions and conduct product demonstrations for clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and engineering team for project design and execution.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate project handover from sales to the implementation team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies in the automation industry.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in Smart Home Automation, ELV, or Building Automation sales.
• Strong knowledge of KNX, Wired Automation, Smart Home Solutions, and ELV systems.
• Proven experience in quotation preparation, project estimation, and solution selling.
• Experience in conducting site surveys and customer requirement analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of residential villas, apartments, commercial offices, and hospitality projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and project layouts is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE sales experience in Smart Home Automation or ELV industry.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
