Architect / Interior Designer

- Map the Design Phases, and Maintain the Design Deliverables Program, overseeing the Design Process from Pre -Planning through to construction and completion.
- Manage, Monitor growth, Support and Encourage Medium Size Design Team Consisting of: Senior & Junior Interior Designers, Draughts men, and 3D Visualizers.
- Distribute achievable work Packages / Delegate Tasks to the Team with Set Deadlines.
- Manage the Workflow and Monitor the completion of delegated works and activities, oversee that the deadlines are met, and communicate progress to Management.
- Manage the Design Functions on assigned projects, Space Planning, Specialty Functions, interior design, and Material Specification throughout all phases from feasibility to operations.
- Conduct Studies and research to Facilitate Design Review.
- Review Drawing Packages ( Construction/ Detail/ Tender)
- Advice on Value Management and Project Specifications, and maintain the Design Brief within cost restraints and minimizing risk.
- Approve Design Specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary
- Review Proposals, Costs and assist in the Tender Process, ensure that the scope and requirements are covered in the BOQ
- Conduct Site Inspections to ensure conformance and compliance to contracts and specifications.
- Coordination Field Personnel, Construction Managers and Sub Contractors
