💼 Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Account Sales & User Training Intern who will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, account management, and customer enablement. This hybrid internship blends sales fundamentals, account support, and user training, making it ideal for someone eager to learn how to communicate value and empower customers through education. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to support the full sales cycle for key accounts and help deliver training that drives user adoption and customer success.

🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  1. Sales & Account Support (60–70%)
  • Support the full sales cycle for assigned key accounts—including lead research, discovery calls, proposal preparation, and closing activities.

  • Build and maintain the sales pipeline by tracking leads, updating CRM records, and supporting forecasting efforts.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers, learning to communicate value propositions effectively.

  • Contribute to strategic account planning by mapping stakeholders and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities by researching customer needs and account potential.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to gather customer feedback and stay informed on feature updates.

  1. User Training & Enablement (30–40%)
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps across different user groups.

  • Deliver training sessions (onsite, virtual, or hybrid), including onboarding, refresher classes, and workshops.

  • Develop and maintain training materials such as user guides, quick reference sheets, videos, and FAQs.

  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and usage analytics.

  • Work with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and user adoption.

  1. CRM Management & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and training engagements in the CRM system.

  • Create and update leads, opportunities, contacts, and account information following company standards.

  • Monitor pipeline progression and track opportunities for sales forecasts.

  • Record training session details—including attendance, feedback, and follow-up actions—in the CRM.

  • Generate reports on sales activities, training impact, and user adoption metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Foundational knowledge or interest in B2B sales, account management, or customer success—prior internship or project experience is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for delivering customer training, product education, or user enablement; we'll help you develop these skills.

  • Strong presentation and communication abilities, with comfort engaging diverse audiences from executives to frontline users.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) or willingness to quickly learn them.

  • Proficiency with productivity platforms (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Core Competencies You'll Develop

  • Customer-centric problem-solving

  • Training facilitation and instructional design

  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management

  • Data-driven analysis and reporting

  • Organization, multitasking, and time management

  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments

Nice to Have
