Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, responsible, and proactive Warehouse Operator who also speaks and understands English. This role is a combination of order picking, packing, preparing shipments, and communication with transportation companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.

· Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring the correct products and serial numbers are shipped.

· Organize and prepare shipments for both local and international clients.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

· Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

· Use Exact software for inventory management, order tracking, and reporting (experience with Exact software or WMS software is a plus).

· Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical or customer service issues promptly.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; Dutch is a plus but not essential.

· Good communication skills.

· Good computer skills, including experience with MS Office.

· Experience with Exact software or similar inventory/warehouse management systems is preferred.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· You live in the Waalwijk/Tilburg/Den Bosch area.
