Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Residential Developer, Dubai
We're partnering with a leading luxury boutique real estate developer in Dubai in their search for a Senior Interior Designer to join their in-house team, owning design direction and execution across their high-end residential portfolio.
Sitting client-side as the in-house Design Lead, you'll drive design quality from concept through to completion — overseeing a multidisciplinary consultant team spanning architecture, lighting, FF&E and signage, and protecting the design vision all the way through construction.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in interior design, with strong senior leadership experience
- A background delivering luxury residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
- Experience working client-side/in-house for a developer is a strong advantage
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe
