Tunnel Engineer – (UAE Nationals Only)

Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP)

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated Engineers to join our Tunnel Engineering team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for early-career engineers to work on large-scale infrastructure projects and grow within a dynamic team

Job Responsibilities:

• Support tunnel engineering design, planning, and technical documentation
• Assist in construction supervision and site coordination for tunnel projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports for accuracy and compliance with project standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress and quality
• Prepare progress reports, technical calculations, and project documentation
• Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures on site
• Support cost estimation, material planning, and resource allocation as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (civil, mechanical, electrical) on integrated project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent recognized certification
• 0–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of engineering design principles and construction methods
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Net salary: AED 20,000–25,000/month (excluding pension insurance)
• 10% annual salary increase
• Pension/end-of-service benefits: for UAE Nationals, both employee and employer GPSSA contributions are fully borne by the company; for other nationalities, end-of-service gratuity is provided
• Annual leave and other standard employment benefits
