Two Continents Group is expanding to Abu Dhabi. After building one of Dubai's top-performing real estate teams, we're opening our first branch in the capital and looking for driven sales talent to help us launch it and carry that same momentum into a new market.

In Dubai, we've built a top-performing Sobha Realty agency, part of the Inner Circle (ranked 15th in 2025, rising to 7th in 2026), with a Top 5 position on Sobha Siniya Island and top performer status on Sobha Downtown Umm Al Quwain.

Now we're bringing that track record to Abu Dhabi. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join as one of the founding members of our new Abu Dhabi branch and help shape how we operate in the capital from day one.

The Role

As one of the first agents on our Abu Dhabi team, you'll manage the full client journey, from lead generation to closing, for buyers, sellers, and renters across residential and commercial deals, while helping establish Two Continents' presence and reputation in the local market.

What You'll Do

• Generate and develop new client leads across Abu Dhabi
• Convert company-provided leads into closed deals
• Match clients to properties through market research and consultation
• Run showings, negotiate offers, and close deals
• Build and maintain listings with strong marketing content
• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi market trends, financing, and legal requirements
• Grow a network of developers, agents, and repeat clients in the capital
• Help establish and grow Two Continents' brand and operations in Abu Dhabi

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years as a real estate agent/specialist (Abu Dhabi market) — required
• Proven track record of closed transactions
• Own portfolio of properties/investors in Abu Dhabi (strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's market cycles and growth areas (e.g. Yas Island, Saadiyat, Al Reem, Al Maryah), with the ability to spot opportunities based on historical patterns
• Comfortable building a market from the ground up, entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
• Strong negotiator, target-oriented
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual a plus
• Driver's license + own car
