Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and control systems.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

• Diagnose electrical faults and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

• Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.

• Test electrical systems and components using specialized tools and equipment.

• Replace defective electrical components and wiring.

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.

• Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, inspections, and maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification in electrical work is preferred.

• Valid electrician license or certification (where required).

• Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
