Junior Webflow Developer (Open)

Job Introduction

We're looking for a motivated Junior Webflow Developer to join our team and help build high-quality, responsive websites. You'll work closely with designers, developers, and project leads to transform Figma designs into clean, scalable Webflow experiences. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and build exceptional digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites in Webflow from approved Figma designs.
• Build reusable components and maintain clean, scalable project structures.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Implement CMS collections, interactions, and animations where required.
• Test websites across devices and browsers, identifying and resolving issues before launch.
• Collaborate with designers and senior developers to continuously improve project quality and workflows.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with Webflow or modern front-end website development.
• Good understanding of Webflow CMS, responsive design, and layout fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, organized work.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.

Nice To Have

• Experience with custom code integrations in Webflow.
• Familiarity with GSAP, JavaScript animations, or APIs.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
