.NET Full Stack Developer - AI

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer skilled in React (frontend) and .NET (backend), with strong database expertise across Azure SQL and PostgreSQL. A defining part of this role is leveraging AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, and similar) to accelerate development, then hardening AIgenerated output into secure, performant, production-grade applications

What you'll do

• Build responsive, component-driven user interfaces in React using hooks, modern state management, and REST/API integration. Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Design, query, and optimize relational databases on Azure SQL and PostgreSQL — including schema design, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, and equivalents) to scaffold and generate application code efficiently.
• Review, refactor, and debug AI-generated code — identifying logic errors, security gaps, performance issues, and anti-patterns.
• Convert prototype and AI-generated applications into production-grade systems: robust error handling, structured logging, security hardening, automated testing, scalability, and CI/CD readiness.
• Collaborate with the team on code reviews, architecture decisions, and deployments.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Solid backend development experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core.
• Sound knowledge of Azure SQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and tuning.
• Hands-on experience using AI code-generation tools (Claude, Codex, or equivalent) within a real
• development workflow.
• Proven ability to debug, validate, and refactor AI-generated code into reliable software.
• Solid understanding of production readiness: security, performance, logging, testing, and
• deployment.
