IT Engineer - Techno Functional Business Central Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Business central Specialist with strong expertise in ERP implementation, customization, integration, support, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, enabling them to bridge business requirements with technology solutions while leading ERP transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV implementation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Projects, and HR & Payroll.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using AL Programming Language.
• Manage system upgrades, data migration, and code conversion from legacy NAV versions to Business Central.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide user training, workshops, product demonstrations, and post-implementation support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and support experience.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
