ELV Technician – CCTV, Access Control & Wireless Networking (Site Supervision)

Intelligent System Technologies — ELV, automation and smart home systems integrator based in Ajman.

We are looking for a hands-on ELV Technician who can commission systems. You will run technician teams on live projects and carry out installation work yourself when the job needs it. Reports to the Project Engineer.

You must be able to do these unsupervised:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras; set up and troubleshoot NVRs (Hikvision, Dahua or equivalent)
• Install and program access control systems — readers, controllers, locks, exit devices, door timing
• Configure wireless access points and set up point-to-point wireless links
• Assign IP addressing, subnets and gateways, and diagnose basic network faults
• Terminate and test RJ45, fibre patching and cable testing

Site work (field role, roughly 70% on site):

• Supervise technicians and daily site activity, across multiple sites when required
• Cable pulling, conduit and containment, drilling, mounting and fixing devices
• Site visits and basic site surveys
• Check work quality and train technicians on installation standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in ELV site work
• Proven experience leading a small technician team
• Valid UAE driving licence (held, not under test)
• Able to work independently and report progress clearly

Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 per month, plus overtime
Location: In person — Ajman and Dubai project sites

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
