QA/QC Engineer – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout joinery manufacturing, finishing, and installation works. The successful candidate will oversee inspections, quality documentation, and compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
• Conduct inspections during manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and installation of joinery products.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
• Conduct incoming material inspections for timber, veneer, laminates, hardware, glass, and accessories.
• Monitor workmanship quality throughout production and site installation.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Review workshop production quality and site installation quality.
• Maintain QA/QC records including inspection reports, checklists, and handover documentation.
• Participate in snagging and de-snagging activities before project handover.
• Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Management Systems where applicable.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production Team, and Consultants.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
