Our client is a leading UAE-based specialist in architectural aluminium, glass, façade engineering and metal fabrication solutions with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility delivering landmark projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily production activities to achieve manufacturing schedules and project deadlines.

Review engineering drawings, fabrication details and production plans before releasing jobs to the factory.

Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Procurement and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor production progress and ensure materials, manpower and machinery are available to meet production targets.

Ensure aluminium, glass and façade products are manufactured in accordance with approved drawings and client specifications.

Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Monitor material consumption and recommend measures to reduce waste and optimize production costs.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports, highlighting progress, challenges and resource requirements.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards, ISO procedures and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.

Coordinate with the Maintenance team to ensure production equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Support production planning, scheduling and capacity utilization to maximize factory performance.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry, including experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar manufacturing role within GCC.

Good knowledge of aluminium fabrication, curtain wall systems, glazing, production planning and manufacturing processes.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
