Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control for our extensive range of GRP products and infrastructure projects. You will ensure all structural manholes, liners, benching systems, tanks, lamination works, and accessories meet high client expectations, internal QMS guidelines, and regional authority standards across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures for all GRP manufacturing and site lamination processes.
• Material & Product Inspection: Inspect raw materials, structural manholes, GRP tanks (water/chemical), preformed liners, ladders, rails, and pumping station lamination works prior to dispatch and installation. [1]
• Authority Coordination: Liaise directly with regional regulatory bodies and consultants (including DM, RTA, Sharjah, and RAKWA) to secure necessary quality sign-offs and material approvals as noted by Al Marwan Group. [1, 2, 3]
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and non-conformance reports (NCRs) with root-cause investigations per standard construction/manufacturing practices. [1, 2]
• Audit & Testing Oversight: Conduct internal quality audits aligned with ISO 9001 standards and coordinate specialized third-party laboratory tests for composite materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven QA/QC experience, preferably within GRP/FRP manufacturing, composite lamination, or sewerage and drainage infrastructure. [1, 2]
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE/MENA municipal and authority regulations (DM, RTA, etc.).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
