(Junior) Investment Operations Manager (m/f/x)

You will contribute towards a flawless client experience by managing payment, trading and client data processes

You will be responsible for communication with our external partners, such as our custodian banks and stock exchanges to ensure alignment of stakeholders expectations

You will support the development of scalable processes and participate in projects with the Product and Engineering team to support the fast paced growth of our business

You will execute time sensitive tasks to maintain full control of risk mitigation and reporting 

You will challenge existing workflows and support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and scale operations effectively

You successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, economics or equivalent

You gained first experiences at a bank, consultancy or equivalent and have an affinity for capital market products

You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities

You pay attention to detail and enjoy working on innovative solutions by using your analytical and problem solving abilities

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
