About the Role

As the on-the-ground Product Manager for your market, you will be the voice of the customer and the owner of the local product portfolio. You will work closely with regional leadership and collaborate with HQ product teams to ensure Li Auto's vehicles are well-positioned, locally compliant, and compellingly communicated to all market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Market & User Insight — Continuously track local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs; translate findings into actionable recommendations for product configuration changes or new model introductions tailored to the local market.
  • Local Product Portfolio Management — Own the vehicle lineup strategy for your market; define which models and configurations should be offered, and drive the end-to-end process of getting the right product to market.
  • Regulatory & Homologation — Stay ahead of local policy and regulatory changes; proactively coordinate and advance local homologation and certification processes to ensure timely market entry and ongoing compliance.
  • Product Evangelist — Serve as the local authority on Li Auto's brand vision and product philosophy; clearly articulate product rationale, features, and positioning to local dealers, partners, media, and government stakeholders.

Requiremen

  • Minimum 3 year of experience as an automotive Product Manager (OEM or equivalent); hands-on experience with product planning, configuration management, or homologation preferred.
  • Genuine belief in Li Auto's product philosophy and a passion for the automotive indust.
  • Sharp attention to detail with strong cross-functional communication skill.
  • Professional fluency in English (working language); native or professional fluency in the local language of the target market is required.
