About the Creative Automation solution

Your impact: As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our mission to unleash creativity. You'll be empowering our clients to outperform the competition by building, selling, or supporting the tools that turn data into high-impact, personalized ads at scale.

What will you do

• Design and optimize creative templates for a variety of clients.
• Assist in creative onboarding projects for new customers.
• Train new clients on how to use our self-service Template Designer tool.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer support questions about the Template Designer.
• Develop a deep understanding of our design tool to effectively build, train, and support.

What will you bring

• Design experience and proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software.
• An affinity for automation and a desire to optimize processes to make them more efficient.
• Good communication skills with an enjoyment for training clients and answering questions.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for professional and clean design.
• A willingness to learn and grow, showing curiosity to develop new skills.
