Binance Accelerator Program - Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers

• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflow

• Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend

• Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team — absorb full stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer

• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows

• Contribute to the product lifecycle — from design to deployment and iteration Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus 

• Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count)

• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang

• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks

• Experience building end-to-end projects — personal, academic, or internship projects all welcome

• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts

• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)

• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools

• Self-driven and boundaryless — eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scope

• Product mindset — curious about the "why" behind what you build

• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies Nice to Have

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects

• Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)

• Internship or work experience at startups
