Team Leader - Warehouse Air - Schiphol/Amsterdam

In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and monitoring all processes and priorities at the shift level.

Working with the teams on site, you ensure the efficient handling of all inbound and outbound flows within established timeframes and quality standards.

You have operational supervision of the warehouse staff, working during your shift.

You act as the central point of coordination in a dynamic process, communicating and making agreements with stakeholders. You aim to be proactive without compromising the quality of your work.

As a detail-oriented individual, you ensure that the data you enter in the system is always accurate.

Requirements: We are looking for a proactive Team Leader Warehouse.

You understand and speak English fluently.

You have strong communication skills and knowledge of warehousing operations.

You have MBO+ level work experience, hold a least valid forklift certificate, Air Cargo Employee certificate and a VGB.

You have a problem-solving mindset.
