Supply Relationship Manager (m|f|d)

As a Supply Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing supply agreements, commercial operations, and strategic customer relationships for Global Key Accounts. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure excellent customer service, drive governance activities, and support the development of future supply models.  

Your Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary supply-related contact for assigned Global Key Accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships.  

• Coordinate customer governance activities, including business reviews, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive-level communication.  

• Manage supply agreements throughout their lifecycle, supporting contract negotiations, implementation, compliance, forecasting, pricing, and milestone tracking.  

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution.  

• Identify business opportunities, contribute to process improvements, and support the development of future supply and digital business models.

• You ideally hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline; alternatively, you bring a strong understanding of biotech or pharmaceutical products and business contexts.  

• You have professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally with exposure to Cell & Gene Therapy business and product environments, and you are confident working at the interface of customers, products, and supply topics.  

• You understand CGT-related business needs and product details and have developed your career further in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable interface function.  

• You have strong contract and stakeholder management skills and can coordinate complex projects across multiple teams.  

• You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and interact confidently with customers and senior stakeholders.  

• You have strong organizational skills, approach problems proactively, and are willing to travel when required.
