The Tracking team is at the heart of our mission to redefine the last-mile experience. We create exciting and engaging UX that gives consignees clear and timely delivery information, empowers them to influence their delivery experience, and bridges the communication gap between Driver and Consignee to achieve successful and more efficient deliveries.

As our Working Student, you'll pair up with your mentor and developers to build a safety net for our software, elevating what we already have. It's a high-trust, flexible setup where ownership is shared, and you own real things, not busywork. And the software you help keep reliable? It runs our tracking products, used for millions of parcels every single day.

YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF

• Manually test new features end-to-end and give the final sign-off before anything gets shipped

• Maintain, build, run, and scale our frontend test coverage with Playwright and TypeScript

• Help kick off our backend API testing automation with Postman

• Enjoy the detective work! Hunt down bugs, trace root causes, write clean reproduction steps

• Pick up new tools fast, share what you learn, and jump in to help teammates without waiting to be asked

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES

‼️Important: Cooperation start date is October 1st. You must have at least 1 year remaining in your studies at that time!

• You get QA! You understand that testing isn't just about finding bugs, but about improving the overall user experience

• Experience writing code in at least one programming language

  • Extra points for hands-on experience or coursework in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

• You can take something and run with it, sit with a little ambiguity, and go find answers instead of waiting to be handed them

• Sharp eye for detail! You like breaking things to figure out how they tick

• You can write concise bug reports and adapt your communication whether speaking to engineers, designers, or product owners

• You'd rather try something and learn than wait around for the perfect plan

• QA genuinely interests you, you're intentional about being in QA!

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE

• You’ve worked in a QA or Testing role before!

• Some hands-on time with TypeScript or JavaScript

• Any exposure to Playwright, Postman or Insomnia

• Any other language under your belt, like Kotlin or Java

Our current stack: Playwright, Postman, JavaScript and TypeScript, Kotlin, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, SquashTM, AWS.
