What you'll be doing
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Dealer. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and will be located in Munich. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage foreign exchange transactions, and support clients with tailored FX solutions. You will work closely with internal teams including Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless service delivery. Reporting directly to the Director & Head of Dealing.

Roles Responsibilities
-
Achieving monthly targets by identifying, accessing, and selling prospects on the

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding account preferences and FX hedging needs.

Handle inbound/outbound client calls and book FX transactions (spots, forwards, limit orders, options).

Monitor and manage accounts according to key performance metrics.
-
Provide expert guidance on FX products and solutions to support clients’ cash flow and profitability.

Attend training sessions, meetings, and other events as required.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange markets and payment solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
-
3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in financial services (FX experience advantageous).

Fluent in Polish and/or Czech
-
Passion for global financial markets and foreign exchange.

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work collaboratively.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is €75,000 – € 100,000 gross per year plus commission. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
