Description and Requirements

Key responsibilities of thie Job as as follows:

1. Oversee overall production line management.

2. Lead team establishment, goal setting, and system implementation.

3. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including delivery, cost, and quality.

4. Drive continuous improvement in production team morale.
