Quantity Surveyor (Facilities Management - FM)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and project teams by providing quantity surveying and cost management services for facilities maintenance, repair, and improvement works.

• Review, evaluate, and verify contractors' quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and pricing to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and value for money.

• Conduct cost assessments and provide recommendations to support procurement and contract administration.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline from a recognised institution accredited by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in facilities management, maintenance, or building projects.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and price evaluation for maintenance and project works.
