As a Stylist, you are responsible for implementing a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Show a thorough understanding and drive sales through the sharing of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge

Provide exceptional customer service to every Levi’s® Store customer following the selling model, deliver Mystery Shopper results as well as promote and drive Red Tab Membership Program

Meet established store sales and key performance indicators (KPI)

Comply with Levi’s® Stores Operating Procedures including but not limited to store opening, closing, cash handling, stock receiving, housekeeping

Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs

Perform replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed

Maintain store appearance in accordance with Levi’s®Stores visual presentation standards and product care

Perform alterations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least an O’level qualification

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts

Have a good command of English

Passionate in retail and customer service

Sales driven and self-motivated

Comfortable to work in an environment where standing, squatting, bending and lifting is required
