Food Service Crew - Drive Thru

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, kitchen, and work areas at all times.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.
• Restock supplies, condiments, packaging materials, and inventory as required.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend menu items and promote upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support both dine-in, takeaway, and drive-thru operations while maintaining speed, accuracy, and service quality.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Experience using POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
