Purchase and Inventory In-Charge - Entry Level

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase, Inventory & Data Entry Executive to support daily procurement, inventory control, and data management activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, timely purchase coordination, and efficient stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Enter and update procurement, inventory, and stock data in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Verify goods received against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation and assist with inventory audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Generate purchase, inventory, and stock movement reports.
• Maintain proper filing of procurement and inventory documents.
• Support management with administrative and data entry tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Valid UAE Driver's License
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Time flexibility
