Senior Site Engineer – Commercial Kitchen & F&B Fit-Out – Abu Dhabi

Important: If you have not previously completed commercial kitchen, restaurant, bakery or cloud-kitchen projects, this job is not suitable for you.

We are hiring a Senior Site Engineer – Commercial Kitchen / F&B Fit-Out for a temporary full-time project in Ajman

The project is to convert a 300 sqm shell-and-core unit into a licensed cake and cupcake preparation kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the unit and identify all required works.
• Prepare or coordinate the layout, BOQ and project budget.
• Source and manage separate subcontractors for civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire, flooring, ceilings and stainless-steel works.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices.
• Supervise daily site work, quality, costs and subcontractor payments.
• Coordinate landlord, consultant, municipality, ADAFSA and Civil Defence requirements.
• Manage testing, snagging and final handover.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
• Proven experience in commercial kitchens, restaurants, bakeries or cloud kitchens.
• Strong MEP, BOQ, procurement and cost-control knowledge.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi approvals.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car.
• Available immediately.
