About Blumen Café

Blumen Café is a growing specialty coffee brand with 8 branches across Riyadh, committed to delivering exceptional coffee, premium desserts, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of all branches, lead our teams, and ensure consistent operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all 8 Blumen Café branches.
• Ensure each branch consistently meets the company's operational, service, and quality standards.
• Supervise, support, and manage branch managers and café employees.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, productivity, and overall workforce management.
• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions to improve performance.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and branch profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Coordinate with senior management to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker (Required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches and leading large teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent knowledge of café operations, staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel between branches on a daily basis.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
