We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, drive business performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the café.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the café team.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor operational costs, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and increase sales.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar management role within a coffee shop, café, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
