Support Production and Engineering in resolving quality issues.

FAT and Final Quality Sign-off:

Verify that FAT/testing has been completed by Production or the responsible technical team.

Review FAT results, inspection records, test reports, certificates, labels, serial numbers, and project documentation.

Confirm that all required quality documents are complete before shipment.

Ensure open issues, deviations, or NCRs are resolved or formally accepted before release.

Provide final QC sign-off for product/project release after FAT.

Ensure the product is released only when quality, documentation, and traceability requirements are met

Non-Conformance and Quarantine Control:

Identify and report non-conforming materials, assemblies, or documentation gaps.

Support NCR creation and follow-up.

Ensure rejected or blocked materials are clearly labelled and physically controlled.

Support root cause investigation with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, Procurement, or suppliers.

Track corrective actions where needed.

Quality Records and Traceability:

Maintain accurate quality records for incoming goods, production checks, FAT, and final release.

Ensure correct serial numbers, batch numbers, project references, and product labels are recorded.

Support ERP updates related to inspection status, release, rejection, or quarantine.
