Under general direction, responsible for achieving budgeted sales within assigned region or assigned account. Develops programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections. Accounts are typically at the Company or national level and are sophisticated in terms of category management. Role typically requires more than 5 years of experience. Focus on technical aspects to support our growth initiatives mainly in the OE segment.

The Sales Manager is an integral part of the TSE Brakes GmbH team that leads local Sales & Marketing with the following key functions:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting tailored technical solutions, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

  • Marketing Activities:

  • Market Mapping: Analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining an overview of competitors and customer segments.

  • Trade Show Organization: Planning and executing participation in industry trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Marketing Material Development: Supporting the creation and distribution of technical and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Project Management: Leading customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and budgets.

  • Complaint Handling: Managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

  • On-Site Diagnostics: Performing technical evaluations and diagnostics at customer sites to support troubleshooting and solution development.
