1-Year DBS Direct Contract- Global Credit Workbench (GLOW) Support Specialist, Risk Management Group

Business Function

Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We provide the support for system used by Relationship Manager , Credit Manager and Credit controller.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the GLOW platform, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction

• Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for the GLOW support function

• Maintain detailed records of support activities and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for enhancement

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new GLOW users to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills

• Proactively monitor the GLOW platform and address any emerging issues or concerns to minimize disruptions

• Contribute to the development of self-help resources and documentation to empower users to resolve common issues independently

• Stay up-to-date with the latest GLOW platform updates and features to provide accurate and informed support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing technical support for enterprise-level software applications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users and stakeholders
