We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can work with us to redefine and rethink end-to-end advisory process through digitalization and innovation.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Establish and oversee a robust control framework, encompassing clear FAA Advisory processes, effective controls, and consequence management to strengthen overall risk and control culture.

  • Provide end-to-end governance oversight to ensure continued adherence to policies, risk management standards, and facilitate reporting to relevant governance forums

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., design, technology, compliance, product) to redesign Advisory journeys and processes, enhancing client and employee experiences across segments and products.

  • Drive the transformation and simplification of Advisory processes through a customer journey lens, leveraging digitalization while maintaining a strong governance and control foundation.

  • Collaborate closely with complaints and surveillance teams to leverage case learnings, continuously strengthen existing governance frameworks, enhance controls, and drive ongoing improvement in the risk and control environment.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in related or front office advisory roles

  • Familiarity with banking, financial services and platform businesses and systems

  • Preferably have some understanding of FAA related regulations

  • Strong ability to take ownership for deliverable via customer journey lens

  • Strong communication skills and collaboration skills with ability to deal with multiple stakeholders at all levels

  • Analytical, detail oriented and fast learner

  • Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments

  • Comfortable with Design Thinking, IT development and delivery
