Calling all lovely night owls! Are you an avid host who will brighten the nights of our guests at MEININGER Hotels Amsterdam City West?

YOUR TASKS 

You oversee the smooth operations of the reception team and provide great customer service to our guests 

You ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience 

You are responsible for maintaining MEININGER quality standards in your area 

You lead by example a team of night shift receptionists tgether with your Assistant Hotel Manager 

You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends and night shifts 

You have a perspective for the future and set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's vision, mission and values 

You have great time management skills and submit your performance according to your working schedule 

You are monitoring the productivity of your team and provide constructive feedback and coaching as per company policy 

You are analytical and have a problem-solving mindset 

You are a team player, together with your fellow supervisor colleagues, you ensure the daily smooth operations of the front office team through motivation, guidance and support 

YOUR PROFILE 

You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality 

You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks 

You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests 

You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together 

You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) 

You are fluent in English and any other language is an advantage
