Partner with managers to translate business priorities into effective people solutions.

Advise and coach managers across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.

Support employees in partnership with Human Resources Shared Services.

Ensure fair, consistent, and pragmatic application of policies and employment practices.

Partner proactively with the Works Council where appropriate.

Organization and Talent

Support leaders in building high-performing teams and an engaging work environment.

Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions.

Support organizational changes and business transformation initiatives.

Human Resources Excellence and Continuous Improvement:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve Human Resources processes, templates, and ways of working across the Netherlands.

Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance the employee and manager experience.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Human Resources Shared Services, and Human Resources Centres of Excellence to deliver efficient and consistent Human Resources services.

Support the delivery of key Human Resources programs, including performance management, compensation, talent, and organizational initiatives.

What You Bring

Several years of progressive Human Resources experience within the Netherlands.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and experience applying it in practice.

Experience partnering with and coaching managers on people-related topics.

Strong communication, influencing, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

A pragmatic approach with a strong hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working independently while knowing when to collaborate and escalate.

Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

What We Offer

The opportunity to make a visible impact in a newly independent medical technology company.

Professional development opportunities and the chance to broaden your Human Resources expertise.

A collaborative culture built on trust, teamwork, and ownership.

A flexible working environment.

A competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.
