Job Role & Responsibilities:

·       Coordinating the movement and placement of loads using lifting equipment

·       Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards during lifting operations

·       Conducting thorough checks on lifting equipment and attachments

·       Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

·       Collaborating with crane operators and operations teams to facilitate lifts

·       Reading and interpreting lift plans and signalling crane operators accordingly

·       Measuring and calculating load weights and dimensions for safe lifting

·       Providing clear and precise signals to crane operators during lifting operations

·       Maintaining effective communication with the operations team

·       Participating in safety training and staying informed about lifting and signalling techniques.
