Job description
-
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
-
Prepare, configure and hand over IT equipment (laptops, phones, etc.).
-
Set up and maintain workstations and meeting rooms.
-
Provide first-level on-site IT support for end users.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
-
Support local office events with IT setup when required.
-
Coordinate with the central IT team and Office Management on local operational tasks.
-
Update and manage IT assets and related documentation.
-
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams.
-
Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or comparable practical experience).

Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Microsoft 365, hardware setup and IT troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of MS Azure, Exchange and power apps,

Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.

Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.

Comfortable working in an office environment and providing on-site support.

English: Fluent (Mandatory)

German: B1 or higher

Any additional language is a plus.
