Engineering Operations Technician

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs
• Perform limited maintenance, repair and audit tasks
• Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment
• Supervise contractors performing servicing or preventive maintenance
• Draft, update & maintain method statements, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of critical infrastructure maintenance or operation experience on mechanical or electrical systems in a mission-critical environment
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a shift rotation (24/7)
• Can perform physical tasks all day without becoming overly tired
