Restaurant Manager

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily operation of the Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events outlets.

• Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience.

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team to reach their full potential.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and Radisson Hotel Group brand standards.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, efficiently, and with a guest-first mindset.

• Coordinate the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces according to guest requirements.

• Review, improve, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

• Support menu development, promotions, and Food & Beverage initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

• Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing team culture where colleagues can grow and succeed.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team in creating memorable moments

• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and operational quality standards.

• A true hospitality professional who enjoys working in an international and dynamic environment.
