Job description

Start date: 01.08.2026

Duration: 12 – 24 Months

Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible 

  • You are part of an international and experienced team with a high degree of personal responsibility and independence in a friendly, highly dynamic and proactive environment

  • You will work in teams in an international environment to reach short and long term performance goals and will be involved in the supply planning process for internationally-sourced products

  • You will support us in phasing in/out of products and managing supplier changes and calculation of the supply plan, order placement follow-up

  • Communication with Regional Distribution centers and international business partners will be one of your responsibilities as well as preparing stock and order related analyses and reports (e.g. stock snapshot)

  • You will support the achievement of efficient stock levels, preventing shortages, slow moving and obsolete stocks by actively involving customers and suppliers

  • You are an enrolled student in Bachelor-/Master-Studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or Economics related studies

  • Good MS Excel skills

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Open-mindedness, enthusiasm, willingness to get involved, flexibility and a can-do attitude

  • Strong analytical and strategic competencies

  • Good English communication skills (corporate language is English)
