Als Field service coördinator / Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen klant, de field service engineers en de interne organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt – van planning tot uitvoering.

Je plant inkomende service-, onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden in

Je bouwt en onderhoud sterke klantrelaties

Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat afspraken nagekomen worden

Je stelt prioriteiten en schakelt snel bij spoed

Je bereid de geplande klussen voor middels een Job Voorbereiding Plan

Je werkt nauw samen met diverse ondersteunende afdelingen (projecten, orders, facturatie etc)

Uw profiel

Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd

Proactief en besluitvaardig

Communicatief sterk en service gericht

Een technische MBO+ opleiding

Ervaring in service coördinatie, bij voorkeur in een industriële, technische of energie gerelateerde omgeving

Goede kennis van Word, Excel, Outlook

Ervaring met SAP en Salesforce (pre)
